金价本周一继续承压，自1100上方震荡回落至目前的1095附近。技术上，金价仍在整理上周升势，短期重要支持继续关注上周五低点、若跌破可能进一步朝1080附近回落。
尽管周五（1月8日）黄金在美国强劲的非农数据打压一度下挫，但Kitco每周的黄金调查显示，机构及散户投资者均认为，今年黄金的上涨本周才开始拉开序幕，短期内涨势还将继续。
数据显示，去年12月中国央行再度增持黄金储备，增持量19吨。去年下半年以来，中国央行增持的黄金量已经超过了100吨，是目前全球第6大黄金持有国。
瑞讯银行(在周三(1月6日)报告中写道，黄金继续反弹走高，短线打破1050-1080震荡区间，小时图形阻力位于1098(2015年11月16日高点)。
现货黄金在2016年“首战告捷”，不仅再度攻克1070美元关口，并且一度将1080美元大关“斩于马下”，曾经的风光得以重现。
周一(1月4日)黄金市场受到避险需求的推动，金价大幅走高。由于沙特和伊朗关系的恶化，外加日内中国经济数据表现平淡，周一金价上涨1 4%，并且一度突破1080美元 盎司的水平。
2015年在金价和银价都有大幅走低，而受此影响，美国的实物黄金和白银需求都有很大增长。美国铸产品局数据显示，美国鹰银产品在2015年的销量创下纪录，而美国鹰金产品的销量同比有53%的增长。
周三美国COMEX 2月黄金期货价格收盘下跌8 2美元，跌幅0 80%，报1059 8美元 盎司。近几年在金价的持续下跌下，黄金矿企成为了非常困难的一个行业，黄金生产商只能通过不断地削减成本来生存。
周二(12月29日)黄金市场仅有小幅变动，亚盘一度回升触及1075美元 盎司的日内高点，但此后回落抹去日内大部分涨势，回至1070下方。
美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)周一(12月28日)公布的周度报告显示，截至12月22日当周，对冲基金和基金经理减持Comex黄金和产品期货及期权净空头头寸，并增持了白银期货及期权净多头头寸。
