我们认为日本央行将会等到欧洲央行接近削减计划的尾声时暗示变化，因此我们看到日本央行立场可能变化的最早时间将是在2018年下半年。因日本央行已经买入更少的日本国债，加上日本首相安倍赢得多数席位，预计现任行长黑田东彦将会在4月任期结束时被再次任命。
我们认为，货币政策被普遍认为是安倍经济学最成功的“三支利箭”之一，尽管薪资增长和通胀水平不高，但经济已接近充分就业。
