日内北欧斯安银行（SEB）撰文对本周欧洲央行（ECB）货币政策决议出炉前的欧元/美元走势做出简要分析。主要内容如下：
近期欧洲央行对货币政策广泛调整是在10月26日会议上，预计本周欧洲央行不会声明对货币政策任何进一步的改变。
然而，预计欧洲央行管委会将详细阐述其即将推出的量化宽松政策的细节，即在四个购买计划中实施300亿欧元的量化宽松。与此同时，欧洲央行行长德拉基也将向欧洲央行提交新的工作报告，其中包括2020年的首次预测，届时将反映出对GDP增长前景的信心，以及对通胀的信心。
在新闻发布会上，德拉基将再次谨慎行事，以防止任何强硬的市场反应。预计本次欧洲央行货币政策会议对利率和外汇市场的影响很大程度上是中性的。
