日内三菱东京日联银行（BTMU）外汇策略研究团队基于本周英国央行（BOE）行长卡尼在上议院经济事务委员会的证词讨论了英镑前景。其观点主要内容如下：
本行确实感觉到英国央行行长卡尼的言论有了更乐观的基调，这暗示着接下来可能不需要太多的时间就会看到英国央行改变前瞻性指引。
英镑汇率在2018年开局良好，这是继去年以来兑美元表现第二佳的G10货币。然而，尽管英国央行的英镑贸易加权指数（TWI）也有所上升，但仍低于79.00水平——这是英国脱欧公投以来的最高水平。
换句话说，从贸易加权汇率指数角度来看，英镑并没有真正实现反弹。我们认为，今年这种情况将发生变化，而英国央行更加活跃的立场无疑将有助于推动英镑贸易加权汇率修正走高。
