世界黄金协会(WGC)数据显示，全年全球黄金ETF总计增持量197.5吨，同比增长8.4%。
数据显示，整个2017年，欧洲投资者们积极买入黄金ETF，占据ETF总流入的75%，增持了148.6吨黄金。
其中，德国投资者对黄金的热情相当明显，全年增持占总数35%。
美国的投资者们也买入了大量的黄金ETF，iShare黄金ETF和SPDR黄金ETF总计增持量占全球黄金ETF增持量的28%，约62.6吨。
不过亚洲地区的投资者们在这一年则抛售了不少黄金ETF，占黄金ETF净流出的54%。
