　　 周三(7月5日)据路透报道，欧洲央行(ECB)6月购买的意大利和法国债券较原定的购债规模多出逾20亿欧元，进一步偏离其购债刺激原则。这项原则旨在确保央行刺激举措在欧元区各成员国之间均衡实施。

　　据报道，这项原则名为“资本额比重(capital key)”原则，规定购债规模比例必须符合每个国家对欧洲央行的出资比例。央行日益偏离这一原则，暗示这段时间央行越来越难在遵守其他限制规定的前提下买到足够规模的公债。

　　报道指出，符合购买条件的公债日益稀缺，也被看作是欧洲央行在通胀复苏之际，开始逐步结束2.3万亿(兆)欧元(2.61万亿美元)刺激计划的原因之一。
