周日(6月25日)据外媒报道，在欧元区政府延长对希腊的信贷援助之后，美国顶级评级机构穆迪(Moody's)将希腊长期发行人评级自‘Caa3’上调至‘Caa2’。
与此同时，据报道，穆迪还将希腊的评级展望从“稳定”调整至“正面”，称看到希腊经济出现企稳的初步迹象。
此前据外媒报道，此前希腊获得欧元区新贷款。欧元区金主同意向希腊发放85亿欧元(95亿美元)贷款，将该国从违约边缘拉回，并提供了一些关于2018年潜在的债务减免的细节，国际货币基金组织(IMF)也同意加入纾困行动,为希腊提供了不到20亿美元的备用资金。
