黃金建議1346-1333附近高沽低揸，側重高空，各損5美元。
支撐：1340-1330
阻力：1355-1365
 
白銀建議在16.90-17.30附近高抛低吸，側重高空，各損0.3美元。
支撐：16.00-15.80
阻力：17.30-17.80
 
新一建議在68.90-67.70附近高抛低吸，側重高空，各損0.5美元。
支撐：65.80-68.00
阻力：69.50-70.00
