尽管近期金价有所下跌，但中国市场的实物黄金需求仍然比较疲软，尤其是在春节临近的情况下。春节通常被认为是黄金消费的旺季。
有分析人士称，上海黄金交易所(SGE)的金价升水比较平淡，而国际金价的疲软为中国市场所带来影响可能是比较混合的。
该分析人士说：“中国市场的实物需求阻止了金价的进一步下行，但由于春节马上就要到来了，实物需求的停止可能会带来更多抛售。”
瑞银(UBS)分析师们则在报告中称，没有迹象表明实物黄金需求有比较明显的改善。不过他们认为，可能会出现一些节日前最后的购买，为黄金提供支撑。
